We are out-of-state investors and Kayla handled everything for us as buyers. Although we had come to review neighborhoods a few months prior, we did not personally view the properties we purchased. Kayla filmed and forwarded virtual walk-throughs to supplement the listing photos. She handled everything without us actually being present. She had connections to inspectors, an escrow officer, handyman for repairs, insurance broker and management company, all of which helped make our transactions go smoothly. We invested 1031 exchange funds in five properties, and all five escrows were ongoing simultaneously. It is not easy to keep track of all the details of the various properties at once! Kayla was very organized and thorough, with great attention to detail so that we were never caught by surprise or missing deadlines that would have delayed the closings. We are, in short, very happy that she was persistent and stayed in touch with us over the course of months before our funds were actually available. It was a great real estate experience!
